Episode 29 - Express Your Inner Boss with Creativity

Meet Abby. She wants everyone to make cakes! Okay, not specifically that, but she wants you to pick up a new hobby and explore your creative side. Have you ever fearlessly tried something that your heart is pulled toward? Now is the time. 

Abby is married with two toddlers and a highly demanding corporate finance job with a long commute to the city. If she can make time for herself, you can too. People can forget about themselves after they have children. They can become focused on doing things right for their family or for work instead of themselves. Abby was stuck in this rut of negative thoughts and seeing only what is wrong. Making cakes pulled her out of this cycle and helped her see the beauty in the little things. 

Abby encourages us to not underestimate the importance of PRIDE. Doing something creative helps with a sense of pride which impacts self worth and confidence.
