Ally Maki Lives the Life We Wish We Had

If Kirbie and Sara could grow up to be anyone, they’d collectively be Ally Maki. The talented actress is on the podcast today sharing her journey from moving to LA at 14 and living among fellow kid actors (and also being in a girl group with the Haim sisters!) to starring in major movies and shows like Toy Story and HBO Max’s Hacks. Oh and no big deal — she also founded Asian American Girl Club, an organization dedicated to redefining what it means to be an Asian American woman today. We’re also talking about what beauty products she loves to use to keep her skin camera-ready and quite possibly the most impressive thing about her which involves knowing a certain boy bander Kirbie and Sara are obsessed with.
