This week Reid and Dan Isbell host Grand Ole Opry Member and Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame Member, Terri Clark, out in God's Country. Dan immediately dives in on the hot take of how terrible it is to host a kid's birthday party during deer season, even though he's guilty of doing it in September. Terri shares her love of northern pike fishing, bass fishing, and how much more fun touring is when there is a good lake near the venue. They all discuss the current landscape of country music, specific to females on the charts and how much different it was when Terri was coming up in the industry. She harmonizes with the guys singing one of her massive hits and we're still crying with her over her "One That Got Away."

This week Dan and Reid Isbell host music row legend Luke Laird out in God’s Country.  Luke shares an epic story of driving to write with Eric Church and having to stop on the way to buy a new truck so he’d make it to the write. Luckily for him, the song they wrote on that trip ended up being a Grammy-nominated track. The guys discuss where Luke’s love for hunting with a recurve bow comes from and how another music row legend, Rhett Atkins, is his go-to for helping him track deer. Luke has over 20 No. 1 songs and is definitely the man behind several songs you know and love.

This week Dan and Reid host Drake White for the most inspiring episode of God’s Country yet. Drake talks about his 14-year journey in a ten-year town and how he’s kept a positive attitude amidst his traumatic brain injury. The guys learned that Drake’s first show was at his hometown beauty pageant and that, during his Nashville tenure, he took three months to move across the world. Everyone agreed “Lord I Hope This Day Is Good” is the perfect song to listen to on your way to the stand and laughed over the instructions given to them over the years on how to find said stand.
