By coordinating a group of Pennsylvania State senators to meet with President Trump in the Oval Office, they were able to persuade an estimated 20 members toward overturning the election in the state. It also details how Pennsylvania’s stringent lobbying laws prevented additional pressure being placed on state legislators. Instead those efforts were directed toward Arizona.
