When we’re stressed about our health, it can feel like a heavy weight, right?
Stress, fear, and anxiety can really close us off, not just emotionally but physically too.
So today’s meditation is all about opening ourselves back up.
We’ll gently release those worries and make space for healing and hope. It’s amazing how our bodies can begin to heal when we clear the path by calming our minds.
So find a quiet place where you can be undisturbed, maybe grab a cozy blanket, and let’s breathe out all that heavy stuff and breathe in healing and peace.
