We clean our bodies, brush our teeth, feed ourselves and work out. But our spiritual anatomy is more complex than our physical anatomy, and most people neglect it on a daily basis. If I don't practice good spiritual hygeine, my physical world is in trouble--or at least, not a pleasant experience. We wait to feel thankful WHEN the healing comes or WHEN the promotion happens. But spiritual hygeine means we practice the substance of truth every day, before the external world gives us a reason to feel that way. This is one of the most important things we can learn as divine beings having a human experience and has completely changed my life. Ready to prioritize your spiritual hygeine?
