In today’s episode we are talking Healthy Boundaries.

First and foremost boundaries are an important part of establishing your identity and it’s a critical aspect of mental health, restoration, and healing.

Four reasons we don’t set boundaries

1. Fear of rejection
2. Guilt
3. Fear of confrontation
4. We were not taught boundaries

The great news is even though boundaries are hard “we hold the pen ” we are writing   or rewriting our lives as we live it.  
Here are 7 ways to maintain boundaries 

1. Self-reflect
2. Start small
3. Set them early
4. Be consistent
5. Be aware of social media
6. Talk
7. Be your biggest champion

I pray this encouraged you! Very important side note respect your boundaries and the boundaries of others.

Boundaries should be a clear line not a wall.
