Welcome to this weeks episode of The Heavy Metal History Podcast. Dustin sat down with lead guitar player, Argyris, of the American Black Metal Band Sicarius. "Serenade of Slitting Throats" was high on Dustin's 2017 end of year list, so getting to sit down to talk with Argyris about the writing and recording process was really exciting. Argyris also delved into what makes "American Black Metal" stand out from their Norwegian counterparts and if the controversy that clouds the genre is something American bands have to fight off to be associated with.
