Welcome to this weeks episode of Heavy Metal History! My guests this week are the guitar players, Cole Jacobsen and Gus Barr from Arizona based Death Metal Band Lago. The two came on to talk about the band, which If you haven't heard them, after listening to this episode, you HAVE to check the band out. They play a raw, yet outside the box approach to Death Metal. In a year thats already filled with solid releases the bands new album "Sea of Duress" (Out on Unique Leader Records June 8th) is bound to be on a lot of end of year lists. We talk about their Death Metal influences, which are primarily Florida based and go track by track talking about the new album and how it was written and recorded.
