Meat is a sensitive topic. While most people agree that the meat consumption today is unsustainable, there are many different opinions on where we go from here. Tara Garnett has a PhD in food systems analysis and is based at the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford. She is also the director of Table, a collaborative platform between the University of Oxford, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and Wageningen University and Research in the Netherlands.
