Barrett Brooks’s resume is quite the list. Back in the day, he founded Living For Monday, a business dedicated to helping graduates to pursue a meaningful job versus becoming a cog in an unforgiving wheel.
Among other business ventures, Barrett was also the Director of Marketing (and then COO) of Convert Kit – a business he grew from $3 million to a whopping $30 million! Not bad, huh?
But despite all of this, Barrett’s not always been happy. He’s been burnt out. Overworked. Even to the point where his wife threatened divorce if he didn’t turn his life around.
While that may sound dramatic, the truth is: many of y’all will relate to this. Working your butt off within a career you don’t really believe in. Or that you have no chance of actually making it big in.

In 2020, Rachel Rodgers bought a 56-acre horse ranch lovingly named Rodgers Ranch. This was a huge, Million Dollar Decision for both the Hello Seven business, and for Rachel and her family on a personal level. Rodgers Ranch has been the source of so many happy memories. There were plenty of highs – from Hello Seven retreats to family experiences – but there were also some serious lows. We're talking navigating through Covid, dealing with difficult neighbors... things we'd all like to leave in the past!

Rachel Cargle is a prominent social justice activist, author, and speaker known for her work at the intersection of race and feminism. She gained national attention in 2017 after a photo of her at the Women's March went viral. She founded The Loveland Foundation in 2018, which provides free therapy to Black women and girls. Rachel is also the creator of The Great Unlearn, a self-paced learning platform that focuses on the teachings of BIPOC scholars. Her debut memoir, A Renaissance of Our Own, explores her journey and personal transformation.
