The Grey Lady Webcams of Willard Library

Nestled between a giant plastics factory and a highway overpass is a building out of time with a haunted past, literally. And, in a move of brilliance, someone had the idea to put up webcams to catch glimpses of the old building's ghostly grey lady that haunts the halls. Let's talk about the Willard Library.
