Were you rushing or were you dragging?

We attempted to get on Fletcher's tempo and break down one of the best movies of 2014, Whiplash. Looking back at the year, there were definitely some excellent movies, but Whiplash stands tall in comparison to its peers (looking at you Birdman). 

What exactly makes Whiplash so great? Well, we attempted to answer this question and more, like: 

1. Fletcher or Miranda Priestly from Devil Wears Prada- who would you rather no have as a boss/mentor?
