A busy episode.  We start out discussing the US DOD Policy on cluster munitions and then transition into the latest security package to Ukraine.  We then briefly discuss the US USD A&S appearance in Brussels during a session of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.  Other topics covered are the planned production of the SAAB CARL G shoulder-launch munitions (M4) in India, the new AFC Commander (GEN J. Rainey), and the big story of grounded USAF C130H models (propeller issue).
