We are delighted to welcome our very first podcast guest - Maddie Kay Ray!  Maddie is a cosplayer, podcaster, and nerd loremaster.  She flexes her loremaster skills this week as we talk all things Mandalorian.

We kick off with shit we like - Jocelyn loves the Epix series Godfather of Harlem and thinks you will too!  We did not like the news of Marvel adding a trans character to the MCU being walked back/clarified to learn that there will be no progress on that front forthcoming.  Cast Angelica Ross as Storm you cowards!

We then get into our overall thoughts about The Mandalorian AKA The Baby Yoda show. It is a perfect gateway for those new to the Star Wars universe.  We marvel at how Jon Favreau took a deep cut and made it a hit.

Next, Maddie puts on a master class in lore as she explains where The Mandalorian falls in the timeline in the Star Wars universe and does a deep dive into the Mandalore.  We also totally geek out over the Darksaber.

We close the discussion by sharing our thoughts on our favorite episodes, characters, scenes, and character arcs.  We also share our wish list for season 2. No episode of I’ma Need More Wine would be complete without throwing a little shade and getting a little thirsty.  We question people who don’t love Baby Yoda.  Seriously, who hurt you?  We thirst over one of the baddest bitches in the galaxy, Cara Dune, and celebrate the legendary acting of Giancarlo Esposito.
