As a podcast that celebrates and champions the efforts of indie filmmakers, we’re very pleased to welcome on Mr. Dave Markey, musician, filmmaker and documentarian, and a man whose projects are the very definition of independent. In the first of this 2 part episode we’ll be discussing Dave’s formative years, his heavy involvement in the punk rock scene and the early work that put him on map, including The Slog Movie, Desperate Teenage Lovedolls and its sequel, Lovedolls Superstar.
