Natalie Cook joins us this week and shares her journey from switching her scrubs to data crunching and campaign optimization.
Since joining the gaming industry over 6 years ago she has not only become an expert UA manager but she is also an advocate for women in gaming & mobile. Natalie shares her advice for companies that want to be more inclusive. Be conscious of the language used to ensure that it is not biased towards a particular gender and rather is "gender-neutral".
She also shares the importance of having a culture of diversity and inclusion. It should start with education and open conversations to try and break the bias.
