We are going to dig deep into this and discussing a variety of things.
- Why a small indie publishing team would choose to move to a four-day workweek. We researched several different models, we conducted extensive research (which was challenging given how little there was especially for smaller teams)
- Some of the challenges we've had setting up this model. Not a lot of frameworks for how this should go, so we had to figure it out as we went. We had a LOT of questions we needed to solve (how does part-time work? Are we breaking the law for full-time workers? How does vacation work?). And of course, we had to figure out how to tell the team, and what to do if things went horribly wrong (or wonderfully right)
- The outcomes so far, the reception, and what our employees said they were going to be doing with their time (its pretty cool)
