On this episode I am joined by Jack Harris who is a graduate project manager for Faithful & Gould. Jack entered the data centre sector following his construction management degree and has quickly found a real interest and passion for the sector. We discuss how Jack started in the data centre sector and why he decided to pursue this sector for his long term career, how having a mentor has really helped his progression, how the industry can attract more graduates in to the sector, and what the industry needs to do to become an attractive career within the construction sector. Jack is really passionate about the DC sector and he has some excellent ideas on how the industry can become a more attractive career.
