The Eurovision Song Contest 2018 was the 63rd edition and was held on 12 May 2018 at the Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal following Salvador Sobral's win in 2017 with the song Amar Pelos Dois. This was Portugal's first time hosting the contest.
