It’ll Be Alright In The Nineties
Following on from our Films of 1991 episode we're heading to the trees for a special bonus episode on the two Robin Hood films of 1991. Joining us is returning guest, brother of pod Adam. We compare the US blockbuster Prince of Thieves with the lower budget and seemingly forgotten British film 'Robin Hood' starring, among others, a young Uma Thurman. Along the way we discover what Stu's reactions are to his first ever viewing of Prince of Thieves, what Adam finds troubling about Robin's arrival on English soil and Alex is challenged on his controversial Alan Rickman opinion.
Also: troubling title card fonts, William's Wish Wellingtons, phallic cereals and sassy neck-breaks!
