Tonight we're gonna podcast like it's 1999! It's a special New Year edition of IBAITN, as we take a look back at the much discussed and anticipated moment we left the 90s behind and moved into the brave new era of the 2000s.

After a short and desperate plea for more listeners in 2023, the lads delve into the myriad of notable events surrounding 31st December 1999. Along the way we revisit Alex's dad's attempt to cash in on the Millennium Bug (alongside his attempt to deal with some inner city car crime), and Stu's struggles with a holiday homework project as well as an underwhelming school trip to the Millennium Dome.  Plus we take an in-depth look at the headlines, music and movie charts of the day, and consider the further cultural changes we've experienced since the turn of the Millennium.
