Today's Guest is Paulina Howfield. Paulina had a near death experience in 1986 after her ovarian cyst ruptured. After her NDE experience,  her contact experiences changed, as did her understanding about why she was having them. She also remembered more of her purpose and past life skills; learnt how the body evolves out of consciousness and how it dissolves as we move back into the Afterlife; and experienced profound and permanent changes to her vibrations and frequencies.  Paulina is a medium and telepath, who has trained in a broad range of mainstream and esoteric disciplines.
