Prepare yourself for a tipsy turn and grab your cheque book as William Hanson and Jonathan Vernon-Smith ensure they are fully brushed up on the correct way to address His Lordship, as they discuss the sixth episode of series 5 of Keeping Up Appearances, Country Estate Sale.  Richard is having sleepless nights as Hyacinth prepares for an auction at a lord’s country estate.  Hyacinth seems unclear of how auctions work, as she believes paying more increases the luxury.  Elizabeth and Emmet are headed on a collision course with their favourite neighbours.
