Jim Scott, a Northumberland-based photographer, explores the connection between landscape, history, and culture through his imagery. Over time, his fascination with the region’s history grew, and he began incorporating historical elements into his photography.

Jim’s work has garnered significant recognition. In 2022, he won the Northern Photography Prize, and in 2023, he was shortlisted for World Historic Photographer of the Year. His photographs have been featured in prominent publications, including The Telegraph, Daily Mail, and National Trust Magazine. He has also collaborated with Visit Northumberland.
