This week I am sharing another meditation for new beginnings. The meditation is created so that you can listen to it before, at and after the New Moon to align with the new cycle and create new energy in your life. New Moons are times of growth and it gives us the opportunity to start fresh. You can listen to the meditation whenever you feel called to. You can also put it on before you fall asleep and during the night if you are having a hard time falling asleep at the lunation. Blessed New Moon.
