Florida Psychologist Accused of Luring Teen for Sex Loses Her License

Maria Duarte, a mental health professional in the Miami, Florida area, was found incompetent to stand trial on trafficking charges. Police say Duarte met a 15-year-old girl at a hotel and lured her to her hotel room, where she was allegedly assaulted.
