Major Twist in Wife’s Halloween Murder Case

David Swift was charged with killing his wife Karen after she attended a Halloween party in 2011. While a jury found Swift not guilty on murder charges, prosecutors re-indicted Swift for voluntary manslaughter. Now the judge has announced a big update in the case.
