The 39-year-old California woman who murdered her stepdad after discovering hundreds of her nude photos on his laptop was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. Jade Janks, who claimed she had a close relationship with her stepfather, Thomas Merriman, killed him with a combination of strangulation, suffocation, and lethal doses of prescription pills.
