Judge Engoron in the NY Civil Fraud case has called Trump’s bluff about giving his own closing argument tomorrow, and Trump as always has blinked and will not speak in court after all. Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on new emails between the Judge and Trump’s lawyers in which the judge gave Trump a “take it or leave it” deal, and Trump ran from it.
