In this episode of "A Little Agile a day keeps the bugs away" we talk about the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scaled Agile Framework, or SAFe, was first introduced by Dean Leffingwell in 2011. It's an iterative, flexible, and scalable framework designed to help organizations adopt and adapt Agile methodologies across multiple teams, departments, and even entire organizations. SAFe is particularly useful for large enterprises that need to maintain a high level of coordination and alignment among various teams and stakeholders.
Check out the evolution of SAFe on March 15th at 2 pm EST
