And then there are those who want any tool that might help them complete a task with maximum efficiency. If you’re an Android user, you should check out Louie Voice Control, a free and quite remarkable app.   I speak with its creator, Pramit Bhargava, and then my son Richard Mosen joins me as we put the app through its paces.
