This week we're joined by the extremely talented Astrid Young - a singer/songwriter, musician, author and all around amazing human being. She also happens to be Neil's half-sister. We talk about going from classical music to Black Sabbath, Astrid's latest album (It's so good), and the story behind some of the songs. Mike tells us about a phone in the desert and we speculate on the kind of things that happen out in the Mojave. Russ surprisingly fawns over Ben Keith a bit more. Astrid tells us some behind the scenes stories about the recording of Unplugged. Luke gives a shout out to good sound techs. (You know who you are.) It's was a good time.

Oh yeah, and we start off talking for about 8 minutes about Mike getting kicked out of a St. Patrick's day parade with the Dropkick Murphy's. Happy belated Saint Paddy's, everybody!
