  • We need to prioritize prevention in healthcare. A more preventative approach to health could help postpone and even prevent severe conditions from developing.
  • There are many benefits of adopting better lifestyle habits. According to Dr. Katz, lifestyle is the key to vitality and longevity.
  • Poor diet choices lead to weight gain and chronic disease development such as diabetes and obesity. It's essential to eat real, not processed food and drink water regularly.

Being healthy is not just about consuming vegetables and avoiding processed foods. It's a lifestyle. Our podcast guest says that lifestyle is a medicine that prevents chronic diseases from developing. You are what you eat, what you do, and what you drink.
