Whenever fear-based thoughts arise in the mind notice them, but don't feed them with your attention. Giving attention to them energizes them and they multiply. Don't try to get rid of them or change them either. Simply notice them, as a neutral witness. Then slowly shift your attention from focusing on the thoughts to simply resting as that which is aware. Notice the stillness, the underlying presence, the breath moving through your body, the aliveness in your body. Keep your attention focused in this way no matter what.
With time you will notice a gradual reduction in the number of fear-based thoughts and a new type of thought arising. This new expression of thought will be a direct expression of pure consciousness and thus its content will be aligned with your True nature. These thoughts will be expressions of love, appreciation and gratitude. This expression of consciousness will also infuse your words and actions and your expression in form will become your most authentic expression, free from fear, conditionings and inauthentic masks.
