The United States policy toward the Third World should be that of depopulation, at least according to super villain Henry Kissinger. He has spoken openly about his desire to see population levels reduced by 50%, which means that perhaps we should start by cutting ol’ Heinrich in half.
In December of 1974, The Kissinger Report was created as a classified document to guide the policy of USAID towards depopulating several countries with high population growth rates in order to benefit the United States and the Rockefeller-controlled industries. Through a massive push for reproductive health programs, as well as a secret sterilization project, the Kissinger team hoped to thin the herd enough so that American interests would be able to continue to exploit foreign countries with weak governments and an abundance of natural resources.
They also thought that nobody else would ever be able to read the document, but now that it has been declassified the whole world is able to read just what America thinks of other nations, and just how far they are willing to go to get what they want.
