SITTING IN THE POWER AND CONNECTING WITH YOUR SOUL MEDITATION

If we are to connect with the spirit world and be able to separate the feeling of our own soul's energy from the subtle energies outside of ourselves, it is first vital to become sensitive to and aware of how our soul's energy, apart from our bodies and physiological systems feel.  Sitting in the power enables us to reconnect with our spirit bodies, remember our true nature and blend our energy with that of the greater universe, with source energy.  Sitting in the power connects us with our higher selves, which ultimately helps us to hone our intuitive abilities and to know ourselves, not as we have learned to do here in the physical world, but to rediscover our pure essence independent of our earthly persona and corporeal envelope.    It is recommended that you do this meditation as often as possible, and that you incorporate this practice into your regular routine.    Sitting in the power has been a vital part of my growth as a psychic medium and I have been doing it almost daily for years.  If this one resonates, feel free to do it again and again, or try others found here on YouTube and mix it up.  Just be consistent and watch your spiritual abilities strengthen and grow.  I intend that this meditation bring you peace and confidence in your own intuitive abilities.
