Flexibility of Psyche: Keeping the Story Going with Jason Holley

On episode 21:

Jason Holley is a psychotherapist and astrologer based out of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Jason's visions of astrology have and continue to deeply inspire me - I was so happy to have him on the show! We discuss the role astrology plays in therapeutic work, his philosophy as a therapist, and personality as process (personality as a verb, not a noun). We explored a few personality processes like histrionic, narcissistic, and borderline. Part of Jason’s work is helping to loosen up personality processes/patterns so that people can experience more psychic flexibility. His capacity to imagine the psyche, and invite us all to imagine the psyche, adds terrain and possibility to the interior world, which cannot help but to expand one's capacity to interact with life.
