Markus Schulz presents Global DJ Broadcast

Inspired from a weekend of Dreamstate and another unforgettable open to close solo set experience at Avalon in Los Angeles, Markus Schulz set upon his latest signature 2 hour journey mix, with an window painting a summer Atlantic night in view. To mark the dying embers of another memorable season, he travails through the genres with a selection of upfront tunes and Coldharbour world premieres.

Fans in the UK can catch Markus performing live at the legendary Creamfields festival in Daresbury this Friday, before a return to Poland for the Sounds of Freedom event in Jarocin on Saturday.

Among the busy stretch of dance music festivals in Europe taking place in the summer, Romania's Untold Festival has grown to become one of its highlights. Markus Schulz has been privileged to play the festival on many occasions, and for the first time, it is featured as part of his Global DJ Broadcast World Tour series; with Markus playing on the Fortune stage last Sunday night.

Markus remained in Romania for a few days after the event, and made a special 60 minute Untold Reflections Mix to compliment the festival performance. That features in the second hour of the show.

Fans can catch Markus performing live this weekend, firstly at Dreamstate in Chicago on Friday, followed by the next open to close solo set experience at Avalon in Los Angeles, taking you through Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Ahead of a festival doubleheader in Europe this weekend, Markus Schulz checks in from Germany for the latest summer edition of Global DJ Broadcast. Beginning summer with the emotional journey of the Sunrise Set, the midpoint is traditionally highlighted by our annual Coldharbour Day celebrations. It's a small way for our Coldharbour family to say thanks to everyone who supports the label, and those responsible for creating the tracks we cherish.

This tradition is another passion project for me, with a four hour journey made especially for the occasion; constructed among travels across three continents. It's a continual weave of current favorites, a few nods to the future, and opening up the Coldharbour archives; with the thrill of reliving, and sometimes even rediscovering beautiful melodies we may have forgotten.

The last weekend of June plays host to one of dance music's most special events, as fans across Europe and the wider world descend upon Zandvoort, the Netherlands, for a special four day long Luminosity Beach Festival. Capturing a magical atmosphere of thousands partying by the beach, it's no wonder it has become one of Markus Schulz's favorite events to play.

One of the biggest events in the dance music calendar has arrived, and Markus Schulz finds himself in Las Vegas preparing for the action with a fresh studio Global DJ Broadcast. He showcases his current singles Death of a Star and Ram Attack, as well as the imminent release of Turn! Turn! It has been a busy time in the studio recently for Markus Schulz, and he showcases two upcoming singles on the latest studio edition of Global DJ Broadcast. Available from next week will be his In Search of Sunrise 19 featured Reverence, produced with Daxson, and he also previews his big club track Ram Attack. It continues to be one of the biggest and most important weeks in the dance music calendar, and Markus Schulz is proud to play host as an international fanbase unite to party in his home city of Miami. His open to close solo sets are cherished around the world, but there's something about being able to do it in your home area. With another Miami Music Week in the books and a busy Easter weekend on the horizon, Markus Schulz checks in from home for the latest edition of Global DJ Broadcast. Following last weekend's Coldharbour Night in Thailand, Markus Schulz returns home to Miami for a fresh studio edition of Global DJ Broadcast. On the show, he provides a showcase of his concurrent vocal and instrumental singles, Death of a Star and Forgotten Element, along with new music from Above & Beyond, Maceo Plex, Orjan Nilsen, Ferry Corsten & Marsh, Sasha and more. In the second hour, he is joined by Davey Asprey for the guestmix, premiering his upcoming Coldharbour single E.M.F.

The next installment of Markus' collectors edition themed mixes will be delivered to your podcast feeds next week - a special journey full of slower paced pensive tones across organic, progressive and deep house - the 2024 edition of Deeper Shades.

Our first World Tour outing for 2024 has arrived, and casts a spotlight on Markus Schulz's special relationship with the annual Groove Cruise; as it celebrates its 20th anniversary. Setting sail from Miami every January, the cruise sees an extensive roster of DJs in the company of thousands across a five day stretch. To mark the 20th anniversary, Markus played no less than four sets for the celebrations, including a special five hour open to close presentation on the main deck on Saturday night. The highlights from the set are available here.

Death of a Star by Markus and HALIENE is available to stream and support by adding to your playlists now. And Markus' first instrumental single for 2024, the In Search of Sunrise 19-created Forgotten Element, is available to stream from this Friday.

From a quiet corner aboard the Groove Cruise before setting sail from Miami, Markus Schulz checks in with the latest Global DJ Broadcast. On the show, he casts a spotlight on two of his upcoming singles, both of which featured on In Search of Sunrise 19 - Forgotten Element (available on Friday February 2) and the ISOS remix of Death of a Star. The show also features a Coldharbour world premiere from Freak E Beatz & EKE, along with new music from Elysian, Estiva, Space 92 & HI-LO and ReDub. In the second hour, Markus is joined by DIM3NSION for the guestmix, previewing his big anthem Ardora with Daxson, which is released on Coldharbour this Friday.

Markus is playing a total of four sets as part of the Groove Cruise 20th anniversary, including our Coldharbour stage, an open to close set on closing night, and the official afterparty at E11EVEN nightclub on Sunday morning when back on land. Next week, he is off to Asia to play the Jumpstart Festival at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia on Friday February 2, and then heading to Venti nightclub in Bangkok on Saturday February 3.
