Let it all go, dear one. 

And fall into these arms. 

The ones that hug you with love. 

Let them fall away, dear one.

The weights that you carry,

Ease into where you’re beloved.

Cradled and held,

These arms are stronger than you know.

They’ll carry you through,

So sink into them nice and slow.
