Today, I want to share with you one of my most favorite meditations that was recently released on the Sleep Meditations for Women podcast.  It’s called End Your Day With Gratitude and I’m sharing it here because I’ve heard from so many listeners how wonderful it is to be reminded of all the good at the end of the day.  My hope is that it helps you close your day with an immense amount of appreciation for your life - no matter how challenging the day might have been - and ease you into peaceful sleep.

Before we begin the meditation, I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you for being here.  When I first began this podcast 2 years ago, I had so much impostor syndrome arise, so much fear about doing something that I previously had no experience doing.  Yet I knew creating these meditations and sharing them with you was the next evolution of how I wanted to share my gifts with the world - and how I wanted to be able to touch your life and the lives of millions of women.  These are so much more than meditations to me - they are tiny love notes to you, reminding you of how special and powerful and worthy you are, so you can feel empowered to live a life that is full and uniquely yours.  I hope you feel that love every time you press play here. Creating these meditations for you light me up in a way I can’t fully express, and so I just want to thank you for continuing to listen, for writing your reviews on Apple Podcasts and for sharing the Women’s Meditation Network podcast with every woman you know.  I have felt the love through the growth of the show, and look forward to its continued growth.
