She gave you life,

Literally or figuratively.

She modeled love,

Unconditional, true love.

She helped mold you into the woman you are today.

Your mother.

So the intentions of today’s meditation is to honor your mother.

This could be your birth mother, your adopted mother or even a woman who has been a mother figure for you throughout your life.

JOURNAL PROMPTS:

1. List 3 specific reasons why you’re grateful for your mom or mother figure.
2. Write a letter to your mom or mother figure, telling her what she means to you.  No editing. Just write.
