Today, we’re creating more space for silence by practicing sitting in silence.
Within this unguided silence, we can utilize everything we’ve been practicing all week - expanding the spaces between your breath, letting go of the thoughts, and being here with no agenda.
Ultimately, so we can practice unveiling the silence already within us, and also grow our capacity to be the silent mind.
So settle into your breathing,
And invite your entire body to relax deeply.
Take one big, deep breath in,
Filling yourself all the way up with the morning air.
And then exhale and release,
And feel yourself settle deeper.
And then be here.
One with your breath.
One with yourself.
One with this moment.
