Meditation: Surrender to the Season 🤲🏾

When we think of the word “surrender,” we can often associate it with weakness.

But learning how and when to surrender is actually a great power.

Surrendering means we stop fighting and choose to be in flow.

Surrendering means we give up control and instead, trust.

Surrendering means consciously choosing to see beyond what’s in front of us and opening ourselves up to a bigger picture.

Today’s meditation will be be especially helpful for you if you are unsettled about something in your life right now...if you want something to change...if you want to already be living in the future you dream of...if you’re feeling frustrated about the distance between where you are and where you want to be.

So the intention of today’s meditation is to help you trust in this particular season of life you are in...to stop fighting and instead surrender to it so you can live with ease and sink deeply into the blessings that are awaiting you within it.
