May is a special month for us here at the Women’s Meditation Network. It’s Mental Health Awareness Month, Mother’s Day and World Meditation Day!
To celebrate them all, we have so many great, free resources for you!
1. Mental Health Meditations: For the entire month of May, we’ve filled our podcasts with a ton of meditations specifically designed to support your mental health journey. Meditations like Mental Health Transformation, Relief from a Mental Breakdown, Happy Sleep Meditation and so much more. Specifically, check out Meditation for Women, Sleep Meditation for Women and Morning Meditation for Women…though all of our shows will have plenty of meditations you can listen to! Always for free. Always on your favorite podcast player.
2. Celebrating Mothers Series: From May 5 through May 11, we have a special meditation series to celebrate mothers! We’ve put a lot of love into these meditations and we hope they make all you mamas feel loved and supported. 💗 You can listen on the Meditation for Moms podcast.
3. World Meditation Day LIVE MEDITATION SERIES: World Meditation Day is May 21 and to celebrate, I’ll be providing LIVE MEDITATIONS from May 15 - 21 on our Facebook Page at 10:00am EST. Come meditate with me!
4. YouTube Meditations: Did you know we have a YouTube Channel? We curate the best of the best of our guided meditations, morning meditations, sleep meditations and affirmations and sleep sounds and create beautiful videos just for you. Subscribe and enjoy!
