With the Presidential Elections happening in the United States this week, the stress, anxiety, worry, fear and anger is palpable. So, I'm replaying a few meditations from the years past this week that I hope will help you stay present, calm and connected throughout it all.

So you must practice stopping the cycle of worrying so you can find the solutions and the peace you crave.
