Warm welcome to a new episode of Meditation Jam!
Today when this is recorded it is Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and this meditation filled my body with so much joy and energy that I wanted to release it in my pod straight away, instead of waiting until Sunday.
We connect to the Sun and Mother Earth creating a transforming circle of energy that strengthen and clears our energy, to open to our pure and abundant potential.
The energy is strong and it awakens our core and I felt a joyful shift in my mind as well as body after. I feel this is a work in progress that started already on my latest Energy Adventure to Norway and will intensiy during the coming eclipse season. Beautiful vibration in place to align with.
