In today’s episode I speak with Lucy Young about not only her motherhood journey but also her passion for supporting women to stay fit and healthy in both pregnancy & postpartum. Lucy is an athlete herself who has always felt a big connection to her body but after her birth didn’t go the way she envisioned she found herself having an emergency c- section. Leaving herself feeling like a failure and a big disconnect with the body she onced loved. As well as a Mum Lucy is a certified pre/postnatal exercise specialist and founder of bumpstrong.
