In our last episode of 2022 (don't worry we will be back in January) our host Mon shares with you her live recording from ergoPouch's master sleep series on postpartum sleep + parents mental health.
Earlier this year Mon was invited to host an hour live session in collaboration with ergoPouch where she shared her knowledge about how parents can best manage the postpartum period with a big focus on mental health & how important it is to prioritise their sleep as well as some of the consequences that come with sleep deprivation.
