This week, I’ll be speaking with Rachel Bailey. Rachel has completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked as an academic coach as well as an intensive in-home therapist. She assists parents in creating a strong parental foundation where they develop the confidence in their own abilities to raise children – without allowing the outside voices of culture to shape those views.
We discuss:
- How to say ‘no’ to even the seemingly ‘good’ opportunities that come our way
- Reducing guilt from the various opinions/voices in our society
- The value of our ‘presence’ vs. ‘presents’
- Decluttering our calendars so that we can find balance for all family members
Let’s keep the conversation going on our Facebook page or Instagram!
